Five packages, all of them hotel packages: a room, and something else worth having. No codes to enter and nothing to sign up for.
Everything below is a hotel package. You book a room for a number of nights and things are included in the rate — breakfast, a treatment, a dinner, or a fixed amount of credit that can be used on the gaming floor and nowhere else.
What we do not do: anything that can be claimed without staying here, anything that rewards continued play, any sign-up offer, and any loyalty tier that pushes a guest back onto the floor. Gaming credit, where a package includes it, is a fixed dollar amount issued at the cashier's desk once, on arrival, to a guest aged 20 or over who has shown photo identification. It cannot be topped up, converted to cash, or carried to the next visit.
Rates below are per room per night unless stated, include GST, and vary with the season. December to February and school holidays sit outside most of them — we will tell you honestly when you enquire.
Two nights in an Ocean Superior, breakfast at Moturiki for two on both mornings, and NZ$50 of gaming credit for The Rangataua Room, issued once at the cashier's desk.
Two nights in a Veranda King, a fifty-minute treatment each at Karewa Spa, full use of the pool and sauna, and a late check-out at one o'clock so the Sunday is not wasted on packing.
One night, three courses for two at Moturiki, a glass each from the Gisborne end of the list, and breakfast the following morning. Designed for people who did not want to drive back to Tauranga.
Two nights in a Harbour Classic between May and August, breakfast both mornings, and a third night at half rate if you decide on the second evening that you are not ready to go home.
Arrive Thursday, leave Sunday. Three nights in a Veranda King, breakfast every morning, one dinner for two, and the airport van in both directions. The Mount is a different town on a Thursday and that is the point.
Ten rooms or more, a room for dinner, and a rate that reflects it. Weddings, birthdays, a company that decided to hold its planning day somewhere with a beach. Talk to the events desk.
Gaming credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to another guest, expires when you check out, and is issued once per stay. If you would rather not have it, tell the desk at check-in and we will take NZ$50 off the rate instead — nobody has ever complained about that swap.
You must be 20 or over and show photo identification at the cashier's desk in The Rangataua Room. Guests who have self-excluded, or who are subject to an exclusion order, will not be issued credit — the rate is adjusted instead and nothing is said in front of anyone.
