Somebody is at the desk at three in the morning. If your question cannot wait for the working day, use the telephone rather than the form.
Ask us anything
Rooms, a table, a conference, a treatment, or the gaming lounge — one form for all of it. It reaches the front desk and someone answers within the working day, usually well before that.

112 Marine Parade
Mount Maunganui
Tauranga 3116
Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
Marine Parade runs one way at the northern end
By car from Tauranga: over the Harbour Bridge, along Hewletts Road, right at Maunganui Road and follow it to the end. Fifteen minutes without traffic, twenty-five at half past four on a Friday. Turn right into Adams Avenue and the car park entrance is the second on the left.
From the airport: 4.2 kilometres, eight minutes. Our van runs it on the hour between 6am and 9pm — tell reservations your flight number and it will be waiting.
From Auckland: two hours and forty minutes on State Highway 2 through the Karangahake Gorge, which is worth the stop. From Rotorua, an hour south. From Hamilton, an hour and forty.
On foot: the cruise wharf is nine hundred metres, the Mount Hot Pools three hundred and fifty, and the base of Mauao four hundred. You will not need the car once it is parked, and most guests do not move it.

Concierge
The desk books what you would otherwise spend an evening booking: a charter out of the harbour, a jet boat, kayaks for Pilot Bay, a table somewhere that is not us, a car, a tee time at Mount Maunganui Golf Club four minutes away, a kiwifruit orchard tour at Te Puke, or a driver to Rotorua for the day.
There is also a whiteboard behind the desk with the day's tides, the swell and the wind, updated each morning at seven. It is the most consulted object in the building.

Something wrong?
Complaints go to the Duty Manager first, who is on site at every hour and can usually fix it before you have finished explaining. If that does not settle it, write to [email protected] and the General Manager answers within five working days.
Concerns about gaming, host responsibility or self-exclusion can be raised with any member of gaming staff, or in writing — see Host Responsibility.
